By accessing or using BugVision ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

BugVision is a SaaS tool that facilitates bug reporting by capturing screenshots, console logs, and browser metadata. You acknowledge that the Service acts as a conduit for this data and relies on third-party integrations (like Trello and Slack) to function fully.

3. User Accounts

To use BugVision, you must register for an account via a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. BugVision cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BugVision. However, you retain all rights to the data (screenshots, logs) you collect using our tool.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., using the tool for illegal activities).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BugVision, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

(Simply put: We provide the software "as is". If a bug in our software causes a delay in your project, we are not financially responsible.)

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
